- Your character statistics
- Alts, and any former clans/applications
- Approximate number of hours logged on and actively playing during a typical week. How much time is spent playing alts.

- Focus/goals for the character
The Application Process
HHC checks that the applicant meets the minimum requirements and that the application information is in place. After a one week waiting period, interviews can begin. There are three main interviews. A KC member and at least one other qualified interviewer* will be present at each of these.
Other members may also ask to interview the applicant during this period.
The interviews is expected to be completed in two weeks.
After the interviews, the clan considers the available information, and then the Knights' Council votes. This part of the application process takes one to two weeks.
*Qualified interviewers are: Leaders, KC members, house leaders, anyone rank 5 and higher, HHC members rank 4 and higher, other members rank 2 and higher who have participated in at least three interviews. Friends or spouses of the applicant will not participate in these interviews.
*Friends of applicant may sit in, but cannot be the one conducting the interviews.
Voting and results
A vote based on the interviews will be either a YES or a NO, if the Knight Council member is unsure, it will be counted as a NO. So make sure you are clear, concise and leave a good impression! If you have been given a No you will be informed that you have not made it this month. If rejected, you may reapply one month from the date you were turned down, not before. In this month's time we advise you to use the time wisely to look upon what Light expects from you. To reapply you have to write a note and do the interviews again.
Members may recruit as they see fit if they deem an applicant to be Light material. In this case it is the member who asks a character to apply and that applicant still must go through the interview process.
Ex-members may reapply by appealing to the Knights Council.
We may blacklist applicants whom we do not wish them to reapply, and if such action is necessary the Knights Council will vote on it.
Applicants will be kept secret during their application period.
